These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the apk2room platform, accessible via the website and the downloadable Android application. By accessing or using apk2room in any capacity — whether by browsing, registering an account, making a deposit in PKR, placing a bet or launching any game — you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Your acceptance of these Terms is confirmed at the point of registration when you check the acceptance box. However, even accessing the platform without registering constitutes partial acceptance of the browsing and conduct rules set out below. If you are not in agreement with any provision within these Terms, you are required to cease using the platform immediately.

apk2room reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following a posted update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

To use apk2room, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. apk2room is strictly an adult platform. We do not knowingly permit minors to register or use any part of the service.
• You must be acting in your personal capacity and not on behalf of any other individual, business or organisation.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of any employee or contractor of apk2room.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement that you have previously entered into with the platform.
• You must be capable of entering into a binding legal agreement under applicable personal circumstances.

apk2room may ask you to provide documentation to verify your age or identity at any time. If you are unable to provide satisfactory verification, your account may be suspended pending review or permanently closed. Any winnings accrued during a period where eligibility requirements were not met may be forfeited.

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only on apk2room. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different phone numbers, email addresses or payment methods — is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts. Any balances held across duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. apk2room is not liable for issues arising from outdated or incorrect account information, including failed payments or delayed withdrawals to your JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank account.

Your account credentials — including your password and any security codes — are your responsibility to keep secure. You must not share your login details with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us through your account dashboard immediately.

apk2room reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at registration or at any point during your account lifecycle. This may include requesting a copy of your CNIC or other documents. Failure to cooperate with verification requests may result in account restrictions.

All deposits and withdrawals on apk2room are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied by the platform. Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and selected mobile wallets. Available methods are shown within your account under the Payments section.

Deposits are credited to your gaming balance once the relevant payment provider confirms receipt of funds. apk2room is not responsible for delays on the payment provider's end. If a deposit does not reflect within a reasonable time, you should contact support via your account dashboard with the relevant transaction reference.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• The withdrawal method must be the same as, or consistent with, the deposit method used.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds can be made.
• apk2room reserves the right to request additional verification documents before releasing a withdrawal, particularly for larger amounts.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed faster than bank transfer or card withdrawals. Timelines are indicative and may vary.

apk2room does not charge a fee on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside our control. Please check your payment provider's terms before transacting.

apk2room offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback and other promotional credits in PKR. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are displayed at the time of the offer and within your Bonus Dashboard.

General bonus conditions that apply across all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual offer.
• Bonuses can only be claimed once per eligible offer per account, per household and per device.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
• Free bets and free spins are credited in PKR equivalent at the rate stated in the promotion terms.
• apk2room reserves the right to withdraw any bonus if it believes the offer is being abused, exploited or claimed in breach of these Terms.
• Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the timeframe stated in the promotion details.

apk2room reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Any bonuses already credited and actively being wagered at the time of discontinuation will be honoured under the original terms.

apk2room offers a range of gaming products including slots, live casino, fish games, bingo and sports betting covering cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football and esports. Each product category may have its own supplementary rules, which are accessible within the relevant game or betting section of the platform.

For sports betting, the following general rules apply:

• Bets are settled according to the official result issued by the relevant governing body (PCB for cricket, FIFA for international football, etc.).
• In the event of a match being abandoned or declared void before a result is reached, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that market as shown at the time of placing.
• Live in-play bets are accepted at the prices shown at the time of confirmation. apk2room reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed within the betting section.
• PSL and T20 cricket markets may be subject to additional rules during tournament play, which will be posted within the platform before the event.

For casino and instant games, results are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software. Game outcomes are not influenced by previous results. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is available within the game information panel. Fish game prizes are awarded based on the in-game mechanics displayed at the time of play.

apk2room does not guarantee any specific outcome or return from any game or bet. All gaming and betting activity on the platform carries inherent risk. You should only wager amounts you are prepared to lose.

You agree to use apk2room only for lawful personal entertainment purposes. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any third-party tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs or use any technical means to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other players in live casino or multiplayer game formats.
• Opening multiple accounts or assisting others in doing so.
• Using payment methods not registered in your own name or using funds sourced from fraudulent or unauthorised means.
• Attempting to launder funds through gaming activity, including structured deposits or withdrawals designed to obscure the origin of funds.
• Abusing bonus systems through arbitrage, matched betting across accounts, or any pattern of play that apk2room reasonably determines is not consistent with genuine recreational gaming.
• Sharing, selling or transferring your account to any other person.

apk2room monitors account activity for unusual patterns. If suspicious activity is detected, we reserve the right to freeze your account, withhold pending withdrawals and investigate the matter before taking further action. You will be notified through your registered contact details where possible.

apk2room is committed to supporting responsible gaming. The platform is for adult entertainment only and is not intended as a source of income or a way to resolve financial difficulties. We encourage all players to approach gaming as a leisure activity with a clear and fixed budget in mind.

The following tools are available within your account settings at no cost and without requiring support contact:

• Deposit limits — set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much you can deposit in PKR.
• Session time reminders — configure alerts that notify you after a set period of play.
• Self-exclusion — temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform. This takes effect promptly and restricts your ability to log in or deposit.

All content on the apk2room platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software and promotional materials — is the property of apk2room or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit any part of the platform or its content without prior written permission from apk2room.

Game content is provided under licence from third-party game developers and studios. Their intellectual property rights are acknowledged and respected. Any unauthorised use of game assets, including screenshots used for commercial purposes, is prohibited.

apk2room provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain consistent uptime and a smooth user experience, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside our control may result in temporary unavailability.

To the fullest extent permitted, apk2room shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of data, winnings or account balance resulting from technical failures, connectivity issues or platform outages beyond our reasonable control.
• Any indirect, consequential or financial losses arising from your use of or inability to access the platform.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party providers such as JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or your bank.
• Any loss arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Actions taken by apk2room in good faith to enforce these Terms, including account suspension or fund withholding pending investigation.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded.

apk2room reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where:

• A breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed.
• Fraudulent, abusive or deceptive activity is detected.
• An account has been inactive for an extended period as defined in our inactive account policy.
• Requested verification documents have not been provided within a reasonable timeframe.
• A self-exclusion or third-party exclusion request has been received.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited if the breach is confirmed. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — such as a voluntary closure request — any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered PKR payment method after identity verification is completed.

You may request closure of your account at any time through the account dashboard or by contacting support. Requests are actioned promptly. Any ongoing wagering requirements on active bonuses will be forfeited upon account closure.

apk2room may amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page. For significant changes that materially affect player rights or obligations, we will make a reasonable effort to notify active account holders through the platform or via registered contact details.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any update is posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an update, you should stop using the platform and request account closure if appropriate.
